Nine satirical classified ads, three columns, all team-specific. FOR SALE. WANTED. LOST & FOUND. HELP WANTED. ANNOUNCEMENT. NOTICE. PERSONALS. OBITUARIES. The CONTACT line is always the punchline. Always.
Carr signed a four-year, $150 million contract with New Orleans in 2023. He retired before the contract was completed. The Saints absorbed the associated dead cap. K. Moore replaced D. Allen as head coach mid-2024. T. Shough, a second-round rookie, emerged in the second half of 2025 and finished second in Offensive Rookie of the Year voting. The Saints went 5–3 down the stretch.
Shough started nine games in 2025 after being inserted following Spencer Rattler’s demotion. He finished second in Offensive Rookie of the Year voting. He went 5–3 as a starter in the second half. K. Moore has confirmed he is the quarterback for 2026 and beyond. The Saints would like 17 games of the same Shough.
The Saints have had a prolonged quarterback search since Drew Brees retired in 2021. They tried Jameis Winston, Taysom Hill variants, Andy Dalton, Derek Carr (retired), and Spencer Rattler (benched), before T. Shough emerged in nine games. K. Moore has confirmed the search is concluded. Nine games with a 5–3 record and second-place ROY voting is a promising sample.
The Saints last made the playoffs in the 2020 season. They have missed five consecutive postseasons. They now have T. Shough, who went 5–3 and finished second in ROY voting. K. Moore has confirmed the foundation is solid. The 5–3 second-half finish is considered the application for the playoffs.
The New Orleans Saints announce that T. Shough is the confirmed starting quarterback for 2026 and beyond. K. Moore is the confirmed head coach with minimal staff turnover. The Saints went 5–3 in the second half of 2025 with Shough at quarterback and nearly reached a three-way tie for the NFC South lead. The foundation is described as solid.
Available as a complete historical unit: a four-year, $150 million contract, a retirement before the contract was completed, and the associated dead cap that the Saints absorbed. The era was not considered a success. It produced T. Shough indirectly, in the sense that the Saints needed a quarterback and found one in the second round.
The New Orleans Saints formally notify the NFC South that T. Shough finished second in Offensive Rookie of the Year voting and went 5–3 as a second-half starter. The Panthers won the NFC South tiebreaker. The Buccaneers went 8–9. The Falcons have two left-handed quarterbacks competing. The Saints have one confirmed right-handed starter.
Who Dat Nation, lifelong, New Orleans and the bayou and everywhere in between. Have watched five years without a playoff game since the Brees era ended. Have Tyler Shough’s 5–3 record on file. Have K. Moore, who kept his staff intact and his quarterback confirmed. Would like the Caesars Superdome to host a January game.
The search passed in November 2025, when T. Shough was inserted as the starter and went 5–3 with second-place ROY voting. It lasted four and a half years. It included Winston, Hill, Dalton, Carr, and Rattler. It produced Shough, a second-round pick. It is survived by K. Moore and Who Dat Nation, who consider the Shough era its most encouraging prospect since Brees retired.
A full team-specific Top Ten list. Completely deadpan. Treats every item with total journalistic seriousness. The list below is a sample. Yours will be specific to your team’s particular situation, history, and ongoing triumphs and disasters.
Seven team-specific fake eBay listings, ready to go every cycle, styled exactly like the real site — photo, description, seller, and current bid. The items are always something your team has misplaced, squandered, or never possessed. Reserve has not been met, and never may be met.
One team-specific Outer Limits Enquirer front page, every cycle. Completely straight-faced. It sells itself — that’s how funny it is.
Four new proposed NFL rules, each presented with complete regulatory seriousness. The title is always “THE NFL COMPETITION COMMITTEE PROPOSES:” followed by the rule name. Three to five sentences of deadpan satire. A new batch of four rules, every seven-week cycle.
Effective immediately, any player who is visibly sad after a penalty will be allowed to challenge the call on emotional grounds. The replay official will review the player’s expression in slow motion. If certified “genuinely devastated” by a panel of three therapists stationed in the press box, the penalty is waived. The Dallas Cowboys have already filed 847 pre-season challenges.
Starting in 2026, head coaches will be required to answer one post-game question with complete honesty. The question will be selected at random by a wheel spin. Early testing was abandoned after three coaches resigned, one cried, and Bill Belichick’s honest answer was legally classified as a threat.
In an effort to make fumbles less discouraging, any fumble recovered by the opposing team will now be referred to as an “unintentional lateral.” The player who fumbled will receive a certificate of effort. The team that recovered it will receive six points. Both outcomes will be celebrated equally on the official broadcast.
All play-by-play announcers will now be graded in real time by a panel of former players. Phrases such as “he just wanted it more,” “that’s a football player right there,” and “you cannot teach that” will trigger an automatic fine of $500 per occurrence. Early projections suggest the league will be debt-free by Week 3.
A fully illustrated satirical children’s book, team-specific, written for the fan who has a child who needs to understand why Sunday afternoons are like this. The illustrations are beautiful. The subject matter is not. Both things are intentional.
